“Ruth Ann and I would like to say a "formal" thank you for the stunning job All American did in remodeling our antiquated bathroom a month ago. We still walk through our bedroom into the new bathroom 3 or 4 times a day (in addition to usage) and admire the finished product. In fact it's so lovely we were tempted not to even use it but just sit and admire it. However, after careful consideration we concluded that it a bit impractical to consider that option. You should also know that we felt the finished product was so gorgeous we no longer refer to it as a bathroom and so it is now our "span.
We were most impressed with the AA folks who did the actual work. Every single one was "clean cut", personable and helpful. We had no reluctance leaving our home open to any of these folks with no concern at all of any possible improprieties. Jim kept is informed on almost a daily basis as to what would be happening the next day or next few days, when the folks would be there, when they wouldn't and what they'd be doing when they were there. Every one involved in this project was the ultimate professional.
As you know, there are several additional projects we need to have done to modernize our home. We wouldn't dream of having anyone do it but AA.”

"I wanted to take the time to thank you for the great job your company did on the build-out of KidsPark, the first franchise center in Arizona.
From the very beginning your firm was extremely helpful and provided us a preliminary budget from the general lay-out on our tenant build-out. Our built out was a long, tedious process in having to deal with City and State Agencies, Architects, and landlord, but your firm worked with us through these multiple issues with our best interest in mind.
Also, I would like to point out your staff’s excellent customer service. It was refreshing to have someone who would come out in a timely manner to fix a few minor things after we’d already paid the final bill.
The job site crew went the extra mile to get our project done on time. We found that their experience in dealing with the City and inspectors were invaluable to expedite our project along. Everyone was willing to work with our changing circumstances all the way through the project.

"We hired All American Remodeling to do extensive work at our home in November, 2006. The owner was very professional during the bid process and later during the construction. We had a general idea of what we wanted but he gave us some specific suggestions that we used and are very happy with.
The crews that did the work were just great. We came to know them during the process and really liked them. They also gave us suggestions and were always willing to make any changes we wanted or to listen to any concerns we had. We could always count on them being on the job when we expected them.
The subcontractors that All American uses were also top-notch. They were the same as the All American crew in that they were willing to address any concerns we had.
We are very pleased with our finished product and would highly recommend All American to anyone who is considering doing a remodel job. It is a long process and can be stressful but they are always available to explain anything that you question, assure you if you have doubts and overall just put you, the customer, first.
